Environmental project-management support under Section 29 NABEG – Lot 1b

Summary

The German Federal Network Agency is procuring environmental project-management support for permitting procedures for electricity transmission-grid projects under Section 29 of the German Grid Expansion Acceleration Act (NABEG), in Lot 1b for project sponsors 50Hertz and TenneT 1. The services include environmental and related administrative support, including assistance with preparing decisions and checking that documents are complete. The contract covers an estimated 9,000–13,000 person-hours over up to four years, with a maximum of 13,000 hours and an option to add up to 6,500 hours.
