Hamburg Airport GmbH is granting a concession to operate six press, book and travel-essentials retail outlets at Hamburg Airport: three landside shops in Terminal 1, Terminal 2 and the Airport Plaza arrivals area, and three airside shops at Pier Nord, Pier Süd and the Airport Plaza departures area. The units range from approximately 62.5 m² to 208 m² and will offer press, books, tobacco products and travel essentials, with additional product groups varying by location. The lease term is five years from the opening of the sixth unit, subject to a possible longer term where the tenant’s investment warrants it.
