Renovation of the town hall and cultural centre: media technology

Summary

The tender covers a complete media-technology solution for Bocholt town hall and cultural centre: an LED wall for the council chamber, Dante- and Q-SYS-based audio and video systems, wired PoE discussion microphones, a media server, 4K presentation technology, an induction loop, display and audio solutions for the foyer and meeting rooms, installation, programming, documentation and four years of maintenance. The bidder must have at least one comparable net reference worth at least EUR 200,000 from July 2024 to July 2026 and must submit a total-turnover declaration for 2023–2025. Suitability and exclusion declarations, manufacturer partner certificates, technical evidence, calculation forms and subcontractor documents are required. The tender must be submitted electronically in German by 2 October 2026 at 09:00. Price is the only award criterion and alternative tenders are not permitted.
