Summary

The procurement concerns non-exclusive rebate agreements for medicines containing the active ingredient paliperidone and the brand-name medicine Trevicta. Agreements may be concluded at any time under the open-house model during the period from 1 December 2026 to 30 November 2028. Medicines on the BfArM list of paediatric medicines under Section 35(5a) SGB V are excluded from the procedure.
