Maintenance of municipal green spaces in western Frankfurt (Oder), with an option to extend through 2028

Summary

The City of Frankfurt (Oder) is procuring maintenance of municipal green spaces in the western part of the city from 1 January to 31 December 2027, with an option to extend the contract by one year, at the latest until 31 December 2028. The work includes cleaning paved areas and stairways, removing leaves, maintaining and trimming planted areas, mowing lawns, and carrying out hourly work when instructed by the contracting authority; emptying litter bins is excluded. The contract is not divided into lots.
