Summary

The Harburg district is procuring social support for asylum seekers and other foreign nationals with tolerated or permitted residence who live in private accommodation in the district. The service includes an open consultation for 15 hours per week and individual appointments for 10 hours per week, covering everyday assistance, contact with authorities, psychosocial support, crisis intervention, return counselling and help accessing education, healthcare and other services. The contract has a planned 24-month initial term, with two options to extend by one year each; it is not divided into lots.
