Planning services for renovation of the ventilation, cooling and heating systems at the Albert Koenig Museum

Summary

The Municipality of Südheide is seeking planning services for the renovation of the ventilation, cooling and heating systems at the Albert Koenig Museum in Unterlüß. The work includes funding applications, a heating-load calculation, hydraulic balancing and preparation of specifications for system dismantling, air-to-water heat pumps, an air-handling unit with a capacity of approximately 6,500 m³/h, and control and monitoring technology integrated with the existing photovoltaic system. The planned service period is 1 December 2026 to 30 June 2027.
