Construction of a modular after-school building with two group rooms

Summary

The Municipality of Schönwalde-Glien is procuring the construction, rental and eventual removal of a temporary, single-storey modular after-school building at Menschenskinder Primary School. The building will provide two group rooms for children in grades 1–6, with a gross floor area of approximately 170 m², for an initial 24-month rental period and an optional extension of up to a further 24 months in half-year periods. The works also include foundations and site preparation, utility connections, accessible access routes and ramps, and the building’s technical and sanitary installations.
