ALDB GmbH is seeking a provider to develop and deliver specialist training courses for 2027–2028 under a framework agreement capped at EUR 190,000 net, with a possible one-year extension. The courses cover LTE fundamentals and advanced topics, indoor coverage for public-safety digital radio, 5G fundamentals and advanced topics, and IPv6; estimated volumes range from about 2 to 8 sessions per course, including compact and standard versions of the LTE advanced course.
