ITB Berlin Exhibition Stand Catering

Summary

Berlin Tourismus & Kongress GmbH (visitBerlin) is procuring full-service catering for the 294 m² Berlin-Brandenburg joint stand at ITB Berlin in 2027, from 16 to 18 March. The service includes planning, setup, staffing and logistics, continuous coffee, tea and soft-drink service, and a changing selection of mainly cold vegetarian and vegan snacks, including at least one gluten-free option per day. The stand is expected to host around 100–120 people at a time; the contract has no lots and may optionally be extended to cover ITB Berlin in 2028 and/or 2029. A warm dish on each fair day may also be ordered as an option.
