Maintenance, framework agreement and expert inspection support for the University of Cologne’s BOS in-building radio systems

Summary

The University of Cologne is procuring maintenance and repair of its in-building radio systems for emergency services (BOS) at eight buildings, together with a framework agreement for additional repair work and support during expert inspections. The maintenance contracts start at different times between December 2026 and January 2028 and run through 31 December 2030; the framework agreement has a maximum total value of EUR 100,000 net over a maximum term of 50 months. Maintenance is generally annual, and expert-inspection support is scheduled twice per system, except for the Wiso building, which is scheduled once.
