Final road construction in Osteresch / Bevergrund

Summary

The City of Sassenberg is procuring the final construction of roads in the Osteresch / Bevergrund area. The works cover site setup and traffic management, site clearance, earthworks, drainage, gravel and frost-protection layers, kerbs and gutters, paving, asphalt, utility-related works and street furniture. The scope includes approximately 4,580 m² of roadway asphalt, about 1,545 m² of new paving, and roughly 255 m of rainwater connection pipes, as well as maintenance of paved areas after completion.
