Robotic sub-THz on-wafer antenna measurement system

Summary

Fraunhofer Institute for Telecommunications, Heinrich Hertz Institute (HHI), is procuring one complete robotic on-wafer over-the-air antenna measurement system for sub-THz research in the G- and H-bands. The system combines a precision probe station, vibration-isolation table, microscope and RF probing equipment with an integrated six-axis robot for automated positioning of frequency extenders. The contract includes supply, delivery, assembly, integration, calibration and commissioning, accessories, remote-control functions and hands-on operator training.
