Construction works for renovating the drinking-water network at the Lüchow Police Academy

Staatliches Baumanagement Lüneburger Heide is procuring building and repair works for the renovation of sanitary areas at the Police Academy of Lower Saxony’s training site in Lüchow, as part of a drinking-water network upgrade. The works cover 11 buildings and include selective demolition and removal of sanitary-area fittings, partitions, tiles and floor coverings, followed by repairs to walls, floors, screed and plaster, reinstatement of wall linings and ceiling areas, and alterations to door openings and ventilation penetrations. Work is planned from February to the end of 2027; the buildings are addressed in sequence, with no division into lots.
