Renovation of drinking-water and wastewater risers at buildings on Dornberger, Elisabeth and Bogislaw streets in Leipzig

Leipziger Wohnungs- und Baugesellschaft mbH is procuring the renovation of drinking-water and wastewater risers in buildings at Dornberger Straße 12–22, Elisabethstraße 2–4 and Bogislawstraße 11–13 in Leipzig. The single-lot contract includes electrical work, plumbing and pipework, and reinstatement of walls, tiling and painted surfaces. The specified quantities include 1,700 m of stainless-steel pipe, 680 m of multilayer composite pipe, 450 m of sound-insulated rainwater pipe and 1,125 m of wastewater pipe; the works are scheduled from 1 February to 15 October 2027.
