Lutherhaus 24 – Post-construction cleaning

Summary

The Stiftung Luthergedenkstätten in Saxony-Anhalt is procuring post-construction cleaning at Lutherhaus 24 in Lutherstadt Wittenberg, without division into lots. The work covers rough and final cleaning of a new building and the Lutherhaus, including approximately 950 m² of floors in the new building and 1,450 m² in the Lutherhaus, as well as glass façades, windows, doors, stairs, lifts and other areas; it also includes removal of 3 m³ of mixed construction waste and 20 hours of skilled-worker and foreperson work. The works are scheduled from 17 May to 30 July 2027.
