Construction, installation and delivery of a spiral staircase

Summary

The City of Calbe (Saale) is seeking the construction, installation and delivery of one external spiral escape staircase at Schlossstraße 3, Calbe. The scope includes workshop planning, structural calculations, a staircase approximately 2.85 m in outside diameter with 45 risers, two intermediate landings and one main landing, a protective cage with a panic-function door, and a RAL powder-coated finish. The procurement is not divided into lots; work is scheduled from 11 January to 7 May 2027.
