Conversion of the railway station into a cultural venue – Lot 3019: interior plastering and painting

Summary

The City Administration of Neusalza-Spremberg is procuring interior plastering and painting works for the conversion of the railway station into a cultural venue and the construction of an ancillary building. The works include approximately 2,600 m² of lime plaster and silicate paint on interior walls, 100 m² on ceilings, painting of approximately 280 m² of plasterboard ceilings and sloping ceilings, and coating steel components, six steel doors and approximately 62 steel door frames. The works are scheduled in separate construction phases from 1 February to 30 June 2027.
