Framework agreement for metal construction and hardware fitting works

Summary

A framework agreement is being procured for metal construction, steel construction and hardware fitting works at properties across Berlin, excluding the Ruhleben waste incineration plant, Ruhleben biogas plant and the Gradestrasse mechanical treatment facilities. The works are based on the German standard specifications for construction time-contract works: service area 660 (metal and steel construction, July 2025 edition) and service area 657 (hardware fitting works, July 2023 edition).
