Conversion and maintenance of sanitary installations

Summary

The Max Planck Society is procuring work on the sanitary installations at the Max Planck Institute for the Structure and Dynamics of Matter in Hamburg. Lot 1 covers alterations to the laboratory water system, including a blending unit for permeate and softened water, new pipework, a booster system and a communications interface for the existing reverse-osmosis plant to transmit data to the building automation system. Lot 2 covers maintenance, inspection and minor repairs to listed existing technical installations, including fault response; the maintenance term is four years, while Lot 1 works are to be completed within 250 working days after commencement.
