Utkiek Green Space Path Refurbishment

Summary

The City of Oldenburg is refurbishing paths in the Utkiek green space in Oldenburg. The works include cleaning 1,100 m² of existing path surface, milling and reinstating 2,600 m² of existing sub-base, supplying and laying approximately 100 tonnes of 0/32 mm mineral aggregate up to about 20 cm thick, and constructing a 2,600 m² water-bound surface with finishing care. The works also include 24 m of drainage channel and cutting eight channel stones. There are no lots; work is scheduled for 7–31 December 2026, subject to weather conditions.
