Framework agreement for winter maintenance and green space management in Münster

Summary

Wald und Holz NRW is procuring a framework agreement in two lots for its sites in Münster. Lot 1 covers maintenance of approximately 450 m² of lawn, 690 m² of green roof and 250 m² of shrub and perennial beds at Albrecht-Thaer-Straße 34. Lot 2 covers winter maintenance at Albrecht-Thaer-Straße 34 and 22, including snow clearing and gritting of a route approximately 260 m long and 1 m wide. The agreement is planned for 2027–2028, with annual extensions possible up to a maximum term of four years.
