Framework agreement for laboratory fit-out

Summary

Bielefeld University is procuring a framework agreement for the supply and installation of laboratory equipment for approximately 1,700 m² of laboratory space in its main and medical buildings. The scope includes laboratory fume cupboards, benches, sinks, cabinets, storage units, service and electrical systems, and associated built-in equipment, together with planning, commissioning and documentation. The work is expected to be delivered in 6–10 phases: two phases of approximately 350 m² each are planned by December 2027, with further call-offs and completion expected by the end of 2030. The agreement has a maximum value of EUR 2,250,000 and may run for up to four years.
