Final construction of the Kiebitzpohl commercial area – road construction works

Summary

The City of Telgte is procuring the final construction of roads and associated infrastructure in the northern part of the Kiebitzpohl commercial area, across Käthe-Paulus-Straße, Philipp-Reis-Straße, Lise-Meitner-Straße, Rudolf-Diesel-Straße and part of Emil-Berliner-Straße. The works include resurfacing about 9,700 m² of carriageway, preparing about 2,120 m² of pedestrian paths and 1,200 m² of parking and property-access areas, along with earthworks, drainage, kerbs and paving. The contract also includes installing around 40 lighting columns and supplying and planting 82 trees, with related landscaping and establishment care. The procurement is not divided into lots.
