Partial demolition and masonry works at the Sterkrade police station

Summary

The Building and Property Management NRW, Duisburg branch, is procuring partial demolition and masonry works at the police station site at Wilhelmplatz 2 in Oberhausen. The works include removing doors, windows, a concrete staircase, light wells and an adjoining annex; making safe and temporarily closing openings; masonry infill and wall waterproofing; filling the cleared area; and carefully dismantling part of a brick boundary wall. The work covers the basement of Building A, the annex to Building B and external areas, with the existing protected building to be safeguarded.
