New service reception building at the operating site, Madrider Ring 20

Summary

The City of Aachen is procuring the construction of a modular service reception building for vehicles and equipment at Madrider Ring 20. The approximately 55 m² building, intended to provide workstations for 4–6 employees, includes the structural module, doors and windows, insulation, flooring, roof and canopy, electrical installations, lighting, heating and network connections. The works also include electrical planning, delivery and unloading, on-site assembly, and technical documentation; the client will provide the building permit, foundations, utility connections and earthing.
