The procurement covers construction of a new artificial turf football pitch, including earthworks, drainage, the playing surface, fencing, barriers, access paving and a prefabricated garage for technical equipment and storage. The pitch has a net playing area of 7,140 m² (68 × 105 m) and a gross area of 7,848 m² (72 × 109 m). The works also include goals, player shelters, boundary flags and pitch markings.
