Maintenance of computer systems and Genua components

Summary

Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft is procuring four years of maintenance services, from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2030, for 15 Genua devices at its institute in Wachtberg. The services include access to the Genua patch database, a hotline for class S and M devices, and replacement hardware for specified devices, with a five-year warranty extension for the replacement hardware. Delivery of the two devices listed in group B is due immediately after award.
