Roof renovation design for the sports hall and connecting buildings at Zeesen Primary School

Summary

The City of Königs Wusterhausen is procuring building and interior design services for renovating the roofs of the sports hall and connecting buildings at Zeesen Primary School. The scope covers the approximately 830 m² of flat roofs, including roof-condition investigations, hazardous-material sampling and analysis, building-physics assessments, and planning, tendering and construction supervision for replacement of the lightning-protection systems. The initially commissioned design covers HOAI service phases 1–3; phases 5–9 and certain additional services may be commissioned optionally. The estimated construction cost is €375,000 net.
