Sewer and road renewal in Zum Dütetal, Phase 2

Summary

The Municipality of Hilter is procuring open-trench renewal of the separate wastewater and stormwater sewer system in the Zum Dütetal area of Wellendorf, from Wellendorfer Ring to Richterstraße, including Barbarastraße and five cul-de-sacs. The works include replacing the sewer pipes, renewing household connections and reinstating the affected road surfaces, with resurfacing across the roadway after the sewer works. The stormwater pipes are specified as concrete, DN 300–1000, and the wastewater pipes as PP, DN 200. Works are scheduled from 1 April 2027 to 30 June 2028.
