Technical building-services planning for Building 36 remediation at Wunstorf Airfield

Summary

The State Construction Management Weser-Leine is procuring technical building-services planning for the remediation of the asbestos-containing exterior walls of Building 36 at Wunstorf airfield. The existing systems are to be dismantled and brought up to current standards, covering wastewater, water and gas systems, heating, ventilation, compressed air and building automation (cost groups 410, 420, 430, 470 and 480). The building is currently used as a vehicle and workshop hall, with expanded future use planned; the gross cost ceiling for cost groups 200–600 is €700,000.
