Lot 08 – Facade works and timber cladding for the after-school care building in Irxleben

Summary

The Municipality of Hohe Börde is procuring Lot 08: facade works and timber cladding for the new after-school care building in Irxleben. The work includes approximately 900 m² of Douglas fir exterior cladding, 650 m² of mineral-wool insulation for a ventilated facade, 200 m² of external thermal insulation composite system facade, and timber slats on the south side and in front of all upper-floor opening sashes. Work is scheduled from 7 December 2026 to 1 July 2027 in two phases, with an interruption expected between them.
