Specialist deep foundation and shoring works for the Social Paediatric Centre extension

Summary

Städtisches Klinikum Dresden is procuring construction works for the extension of its Social Paediatric Centre in Dresden, with no division into lots. The works include site setup, approximately 450 m³ of excavated soil to be stored on site and 150 m³ to be removed, jet-grouting underpinning at Building 35, a test column, disposal of approximately 10 m³ of surplus material, and approximately 35 m of soldier-pile shoring with profiles longer than 8.5 m. The works are scheduled from 18 January to 28 April 2027.
