ANK TABS model project “Natural Climate Protection in the Torgau Elbe Heathland”: Eichbahnwiese TG 1 and Fischeraue TG 2

Summary

The City of Torgau is procuring professional services for two separately awarded lots concerning the Eisbahnwiese site in Glacis Torgau and the Fischeraue rainwater retention basin. Lot 1 covers mapping the water bodies in TG 1 and TG 2. Lot 2 covers a practical watercourse maintenance and development concept, including a spatially and temporally detailed plan of measures, a cost estimate under DIN 276, clarification of required public-law approvals or notifications, and a functional programme for subsequent planning services. The work is scheduled for March–September 2027 for Lot 1 and October 2027–March 2028 for Lot 2.
