Demolition and site restoration at Thyra Mill

Summary

The Municipality of Südharz is procuring the demolition and site restoration of the half-timbered building at Thyra Mill, Thyratal 11. The works include stripping the building interior, removing and disposing of the roof and building materials, demolishing and disposing of the vaulted cellar, filling the cellar, and rough and fine grading of the outdoor area. The contract is not divided into lots, and work is scheduled from 25 November to 18 December 2026.
