Akazienhof roofing and sheet-metal works – Work package 05

Summary

The City of Dresden is procuring roofing and sheet-metal works for the renovation and conversion of Akazienhof into a cultural and neighbourhood centre. The scope includes roof battens and sheathing, fibre-cement roof covering, roof access and sealing details, gutters, downpipes and metal flashings, as well as 70 m² of façade cladding. The works also include a four-year maintenance period; the procurement is not divided into lots.
