Renewal of the cooling system in room D015

Summary

Gebäudemanagement Schleswig-Holstein is procuring the renewal of the cooling system for server room D015 at Hochschule Flensburg. The works include relocating existing precision cooling equipment and a dry cooler, supplying and installing a water-cooled chiller with R290 refrigerant and a minimum cooling capacity of 23.6 kW, and installing associated storage, heat-exchange, pipework, ductwork, insulation and fire-protection components. The scope also includes maintenance, a cable schedule and related installation and commissioning work; the works are scheduled from 11 January to 26 March 2027. The contract is not divided into lots.
