Electrical cable and wiring installations in buildings – standby generator replacement

Summary

Land Berlin, through BIM Berliner Immobilienmanagement GmbH, is procuring works at Hadlichstr. 37 to replace a standby generator. The works comprise supplying, installing and commissioning an 80 kVA unit with a 1,500-litre fuel tank, sound-attenuation baffles and exhaust pipe, and dismantling the existing 50 kVA generator, its auxiliary equipment and exhaust system. The contract is not divided into lots and is scheduled for completion by 30 April 2027.
