Renewal of the emergency warning system at Ardey School

Summary

The City of Essen is procuring the renewal of the electroacoustic emergency warning system at the existing Ardey School, Oberstr. 51, Essen. The work includes a new control centre and system components, reuse of the existing loudspeakers and house alarm system, removal of the old control centre, cabling and installation, testing, commissioning, handover documentation and staff instruction. The bill of quantities also covers four years of annual inspection and maintenance pricing; a separate maintenance contract may be concluded after acceptance.
