Installation of an emergency lighting system at Ardeyschule

Summary

The City of Essen is procuring a complete emergency lighting system for the existing Ardeyschule building at Oberstr. 51, Essen, including a central battery system, wiring, distribution-board upgrades, emergency lights and illuminated exit signs, cable routes and fire-protection works. The system includes a 216 V battery with approximately 400 W capacity and three hours of backup; equipment for the new building is to be supplied only, with installation and cabling by the general contractor. The works also include commissioning, handover documentation and pricing for four years of annual maintenance during the warranty period.
