Supply of casing materials for the Münster research borehole

Summary

The Geological Survey of North Rhine-Westphalia is procuring casing materials and related documentation for the Münster geothermal research borehole. The estimated supply comprises 550 m of 9⅝-inch casing, 500 m of 7-inch casing, 100 m of 5-inch casing, 510 m of 5-inch perforated liner and 140 m of 2⅞-inch tubing, with specified short casing sections and optional additional deliveries and storage. Quantities may vary by up to 20%; deliveries are planned in three batches in September and October 2027.
