Supply and Turnkey Construction of a Lightweight Hall

Summary

Fachhochschule Südwestfalen is procuring the supply and turnkey construction of a freestanding, fully enclosed, unheated lightweight hall at its Meschede site, for housing a forklift and providing additional storage space. The hall is approximately 6 × 8 m, with at least 48 m² of clear usable floor area. The works include site preparation and earthworks, one of two foundation and floor options, preparatory cable ducting, the hall structure with a roller shutter and side door, and handover documentation.
