Painting, lacquering and wallpapering works for the renovation of House G in Bad Münstereifel

Summary

The Bau- und Liegenschaftsbetrieb NRW is procuring painting, lacquering and wallpapering works for the renovation of House G at the FHR site in Bad Münstereifel. The works include surface preparation and protection, wallpapering, interior painting and coatings, renewal of silicone joints, and related minor work. Quantities include approximately 4,560 m² of wall repainting, 1,490 m² of ceiling coating, 495 m² of wallpapering and 420 m of silicone joints. Work is planned in six phases from October 2026 to March 2029.
