Building automation renewal at the Federal Technical Building in Wesel

Summary

The Federal Agency for Digital Radio of the Authorities and Organisations with Security Tasks (BDBOS), represented by the NRW building and property authority, is procuring the renewal of the building automation system at the Federal Technical Building in Wesel. The works include dismantling existing equipment and supplying, installing, testing, commissioning and documenting automation stations, control cabinets, field devices, fire-damper controls, an R454C refrigerant gas detection system, electrical cabling, server and network equipment, and building management software. The existing facility must remain operational, with system redundancy maintained throughout the works; the procurement is not divided into lots.
