Lift Upgrade and Roof Maintenance Access

Summary

The Max Planck Institute for Biogeochemistry in Jena is procuring metalwork to provide improved access to roof-mounted ventilation and cooling equipment. The works include a new external steel stairway with a supporting portal, landings, railings and a lockable access gate; removal of an existing ladder; and related façade and roof-edge adjustments, including replacement of about 7 m of aluminium parapet covering. The contract also includes site setup, crane services, planning and handover documentation. It is not divided into lots.
