Anger 26 waste-heat heat pump: Lot 2 – building automation and control

Summary

Kommunale Immobilien Jena is procuring the extension of the building automation system for the waste-heat heat pump at Anger 26 in Jena, under Lot 2. The works include automation equipment and field devices, a control cabinet, system programming and commissioning, integration with the existing building management system, and the associated cabling and connections. The heat pump is intended to raise the recovered heat temperature to 60–65°C, enabling use of around 180,000 kWh of waste heat and supplying approximately 80–90% of the building’s heat demand from recovered heat.
