Anger 26 waste-heat heat pump – Lot 1: Heating

Summary

Kommunale Immobilien Jena is procuring the installation of a waste-heat heat pump and associated heating and ventilation systems at the Anger 26 administrative building in Jena. The works include one high-temperature water-to-water heat pump, buffer storage and hydraulic equipment, pipework, pumps, valves, insulation, ventilation components, connection to the existing waste-heat network, testing, commissioning and documentation. The system is intended to raise recovered heat to a supply temperature of 60–65 °C, enabling the use of approximately 180,000 kWh of additional waste heat and covering around 80–90% of the building’s heating needs with recovered heat.
