Extension of the rockfall barrier at Ohrberg on the B83

Summary

The Lower Saxony State Authority for Road Construction and Transport is procuring works to extend the rockfall protection at Ohrberg on the B83 near Hameln. The works include installing a 40 m barrier, divided into four 3 m-high sections, as well as clearing vegetation and accumulated rock from existing steep-slope protection works. The bill of quantities includes 675 m of vegetation work, 400 m of net clearance and removal of up to 450 tonnes of debris.
