Lift installation at the former Beyer & Co. lead crystal factory

Summary

The Municipality of Altenstadt is procuring the installation of one new, machine-room-less electric passenger lift for the refurbishment of the former Beyer & Co. lead crystal factory site in the Connemara section. The lift is to serve three stops and have a 630 kg capacity, with accessibility for a wheelchair user and companion. The works also include three stainless-steel shaft-door surrounds, lift documentation, instruction for six lift attendants, acceptance inspection, four years of maintenance, and four years of emergency-call standby and mobile-network service.
