Hamburg University of Technology is procuring one standalone UV/Vis/NIR spectrophotometer for the quantitative characterisation of solid, nanostructured, porous and photonic materials. The instrument must support transmission, reflection, angle- and polarization-dependent measurements, as well as automated long-term measurement series. The supply includes control and analysis software, a computer and monitor, installation, commissioning and basic instruction in Hamburg; the procurement is not divided into lots.
